Shipping and Returns

We appreciate your preference at JCAVES LLC. We take great pride in our reputation for quality, so we value your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Return policies are managed on an ad hoc basis, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We always make every effort to serve our customers and meet their needs.

Returns
15-Day Return Policy.
If you decide not to use any of our products, please contact us at info@jcavesllc.com.

The product must be returned within 15 days of delivery, unused and undamaged. The consumer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

To obtain a refund, return, or replacement if you received a defective product, please contact us at mayorista@jcavescompany.com  as soon as possible (provided your request meets the requirements set forth in the terms and conditions).

If the item is found to have been used after examination, you will be charged return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be added to the product's shipping costs.

Shipping Methods

USPS Ground Advantage: Delivery within 3 to 9 business days.

USPS Priority Mail: Delivery within 2 to 9 business days (for customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands).

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 to 2 business days.

FedEx Home Delivery: Residential delivery within 1 to 7 business days.

UPS 2Day: 2 business days before 4:30 p.m. for U.S. businesses; before 8:00 p.m. for residential homes.

UPS Ground: 1 to 7 business days in the contiguous 48 states (3 to 7 for Alaska and Hawaii).

UPS Express Saver: 3 to 6 business days

before 4:30 p.m. for U.S. businesses; before 8:00 p.m. for residential homes.

APO/FPO: Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping will allow approximately 1 to 3 weeks, and order processing will take 24 to 72 hours.

All orders require a 24 to 72-hour processing time before shipping. USPS deliveries will only be made on Saturdays, but not on Sundays. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after your package ships for tracking information to be updated via email.

Q: I didn't receive the item (the package was lost). What can I do?

Contact us if you don't receive your package within 3 business days.

Contact the carrier. Use your tracking number to file a claim with the carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS).

NOTE: Occasionally, carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. This means your package could be marked as "Delivered" even though it's still on its way. We completely understand your frustration! However, your package will likely arrive within 3 days of a false scan.

Q: How much will shipping cost me?

A: We pay shipping for all orders of $100 or more. We reserve the right to choose the carrier for any of the 48 states we ship to with free shipping. We also reserve the right to choose the best shipping method for all orders that qualify for free shipping. Please note that some items do not qualify for free shipping if they are heavy.

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: Orders received before 9:00 a.m. are generally shipped within 1 or 2 business days. We ship orders in the order they are received. Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time. If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately. However, we will do our best to ship it as quickly as possible.

Q: The carrier returned the package to the sender (I was out of town, I couldn't sign for it, or the address wasn't correct). How can I reship it?

If the package is shipped via FedEx, you can track its location at FedEx.com. If FedEx cannot deliver a package due to a signature requirement, it will generally attempt two attempts. However, if the package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us, and JCAVES Barber Supply will not be responsible for reshipping fees if you wish to have it reshipped.

If the package is shipped via USPS, the post office will generally notify you when your package has been delivered. If they cannot retain the required signature, the package will be returned to us, and JCAVES Barber Supply will not be responsible for reshipping fees if you wish to have it reshipped.

Before checking out, please note that some orders require a signature. Make sure all addresses are up to date. Package labels are created with the same address you provided in your account. You can update your address at WWW.JCAVESUSA.COM, in the "My Account" section. If the package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us, and JCAVES Barber Supply is not responsible for reshipping fees if you wish to have it reshipped.

JCAVES Barber Supply/JCAVESUSA.COM is not responsible for any shipments that are not delivered due to a lost package or if a signature is required for delivery. Please track your package and confirm the signature requirements. You can schedule delivery with the shipping company at your own expense.

By placing an order on JCAVESUSA.COM, you agree to these terms and waive any right to dispute any shipment that is delayed, lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to natural causes or delivery issues, unless the fault lies with JCAVES LLC. We will do our best to help you resolve any lost package.
